Move day is this coming Wednesday - the 23rd. We have a cunning plan:

Darwin knows my parents house very well and loves it there. SO, while the movers are doing their thing Darwin and Ada will be ferried over to the house to spend some quality time with his Poppi (my Dad) while the movers are at our place. Then when the movers arrive at the house Darwin and Ada will go for a trip to the dog park. Then back to the house after the movers have left. It should make the experience pretty low key for him. It will be a visit to Nana & Poppi's house that just doesn't end! Very Happy

Ada is taking things very well, and enjoys chewing on the boxes when we aren't looking.

Darwin is worse, he is off to the vet today.

Hi Anna,

that's a tough one cause Pugsley was pretty much raised as an on the go Pug Smile

Bubba, well Bubba stresses over everything and then if he doesn't like what happens, he makes a break for it Wink
Wish he would climb my leg once in a while Smile

Poor Darwin! Sounds like he may need a gravol to relax with! How is Ada taking all the excitement in??
Is she driving you nuts too??

Hmmmm, never had that problem.....Otis was 10 then we moved to this house, and he pretty much slept through the packing and the move! And the cat, well she just loved to hide in the boxes, and she loved to climb on them when they got higher, and almost touched the ceiling!

So Anna, I'm afraid you're on your own with this one. You could always try putting Dar in a big box, and see if that kept him quiet for a minute! Wink

So, does anyone have any idea how you keep an anxious pug from climbing your leg as you try to pack boxes to move?
