Buddha Update
Hey!
Sorry, we havn't been around much the last month or so, things have been in a bit of chaos around the house and its all been keeping us busy busy busy!
We just wanted to take a moment and share some wonderful news......
We have had our Buddha for about a year and a half now and it has been a bit of a rough road at times, but slowly, so very slowly, he is improving.
Last night we had some friends over that unfortunately Buddha downright dislikes, they are two of our best friends and it has always broken my heart that he would not stop barking at them. They had just returned from a 6 month trip and amazingly it was like he didn't remember tham and didn't dislike them any more! He deffinately wasn't friendly but he didn't bark nonstop and was actually able to stay out with us for their entire 3 hour visit!!
Admittily when they got up he still barked and his tail went down but when they were sitting he ran around and chased the lazer pointer dot (His newest craze) and completly ignored them.
It was by far the best he had ever done with them.
Buddha's list of people he is actually friends with now is about ten and slowly rising, we have great hope one day he will be a friendly social guy with people!
We were so incredibly happy and proud of him and just wanted to share it with everybody.
Have a wonderful day!
